Should we invest in commercial real estate now in 2009, before the crash begins or wait until afterward when developers are in need of bailouts?Do we maximize the ROI by investing before the crash or after? The crash will cause vacancies which leads to more unemployment and less disposable income. When companies close, investor might be left with a nonperforming property. I’m not an expert so correct bme if Im wrong.
